THUSANO : A COMPANY THAT PUTS THEIR CUSTOMER NEEDS FIRST.....

As a Service Provider, Thusano go beyond the "call of duty". My interaction is specifically with the MD, J P Le Roux. He is always available to address my queries, makes sure that issues and problems are quickly and efficiently addressed and generally ensures that the Thusano team, dealing with our Company - The South African Optometric Association - follow up as they should.

I, as the Operations Manager am quite pedantic about the quality of service especially with follow up and I am not disappointed. J P Le Roux is attentive to his customer's needs and provides guidance on Technical matters if required. I have dealt with his Team and find them pleasant, eager to assist and always quick to respond to calls or emails.

I hope that this level of service delivery continues into the future.
