Super service!

I am utterly impressed with the constant excellent service we receive from the Thusano group, in particular from Jaco De Bruin. Whenever I need urgent assistance on the equipment installed by Thusano, it is a matter of picking up the phone and ask Jaco to attend to the problem. On 07 April I phoned Jaco and asked him to attend to an issue on our system. within 7 minutes of my call, the problem was escalated, attended to and fixed remotely. I call that super service! Thank you Jaco and Thusano for your continued professionalism and excellent service. I can only recommend you with great enthusiasm!!
