Lying and schemes
Sales guy has been after us for an upgrade for some time, which we refused. He then came with a long story of NEC retracting from SA (which is true) but lying about how end December (in our bussiest time) the phones will stop working as the IP adresses will stop working?? When we still werent completely sold the sales director threatened that if we go elsewhere they wont release our two work numbers??? Which has been our company numbers for more then 30years. Not at all happy with the bullying manor of trying to make more money. No problem with the service but the lies and games dont worked for us. Also more than 5 times as expensive as new quotes we got.
