Exceptional Customer Service!

My name is Mohammed Omar. We have been using your service at our business for quite some time now. Firstly thank you for the impeccable service and reliability of your team and company, namely Candice and Hugo who I've worked very closely with, as well as the technicians that have come out to help in the past such as Charl.

Initially we signed up for the service because it gave us the option of taking the modem home with us. When we had issues with network and needed to be changed over onto another service provider your team were extremely thorough and helpful in rectifying the problem. Then came the issue of not being to take the modem with me and thankfully we managed to resolve that issue too.

I would simply like to say thank you for all the assistance and effort these people have put in to assist me in getting myself connected at home. Candice is always willing to assist me with data loads over the weekend ( ironically, this always seems to be the time I run out of data) and Hugo always has time to discuss any issues or needs i might have. Charl is just such a great and pleasant guy to have in the office when he's here fixing something. Candice, Hugo, Charl, all 3 these people are an asset to your company and deserve the highest bit of recognition for what they do. Thank you!
