We had the most dissatisfied service from this funeral home. From the moment of notification of my grandmother's passing they had such a delayed response time.. We waited up until a day before the funeral for the death certificate and other documents.. Meanwhile they harrased us to make the payment as they cannot proceed without the additional payment for the cremation, more so we continued to advise them that the documents were needed to obtain funds for the funeral cost, but each time they had delays and excuses .. Through God's grace we manged to make the payment and funeral arrangements were underway, but at no point was there any sincerity for us as a family.. We were grieving yet had to be faced with these challenges. We requested to dress our grandma but was told we can't due to relocation of there premises, we then handed every item to, only for my grandmother to not have her gold teeth and was dressed very untidy.. They left us with a last image no one should have to bare due to their incompetence and ********* actions.. They did not take responsibility or ownership for the teeth which was visibly not present and to date no feedback has been given.. 3 months goes by and we had to wait for my grandma's remains as she was cremated.. After numerous calls, to our shock and distress we received our grandmother ashes in a ugly carton box, with a sticker (her name written in pen), and put in a plastic sleeve... Like what!?!?.. Not only did these people put us through much misery during the funeral preparations they now have not empathy or remorse to even send the ashes in a decent holder... I do not recommend this company to anyone, as they have no people skills and for a business who deals with sentiment and grieving matters they have respect for grieving families.

The worst experience ever. First a few years ago with my sister I law body going missing. We had to run around and do everything ourselves including finding the body. When we found the body it was swollen. No picture the day of the funeral and we had to fold the flyers ourselves. Very rude unsympathetic staff in office at the Kraaifontein branch. Then my mother inlaw passed away a few weeks ago. We tried to move the undertaker's to Goodall and Bourne. When we did the claim they only wanted to give R3000 for paying 39 years and then to find out we over paid by 168 months. They don't want to pay for the funeral neither the money we over paid. They are not underwritten by anyone. Please be careful when signing up with them. All the branches I called have different stories. We now busy with lawyers and ombudsman
