Emergency
Most backward experience ever, had an emergency and receptionist Shasti(something like that) was just misusing power, blatant ****** and refused to help, eventually came right but on another night she could be the reason for someone's passing. Very dangerous by the staff to play games like that. Do that in your free time not when there is medical emergencies.

Terrible reception staff
We received terrible service from Sisqo Modau at reception (Menlyn). His hostile behaviour made us question the standard upheld in such a gorgeous hotel. Being the face of reception, this is extremely intolerable and unacceptable! He further expressed that he has been working in this hotel for 7 years and can not be told anything! To say I am shocked is an understatement! Beautiful place, Terrible behaviour from Sisqo Modau!

We received terrible service from Sisqo Modau at reception (Menlyn). His hostile behaviour made us question the standard upheld in such a gorgeous hotel.
