Most backward experience ever, had an emergency and receptionist Shasti(something like that) was just misusing power, blatant ****** and refused to help, eventually came right but on another night she could be the reason for someone's passing. Very dangerous by the staff to play games like that. Do that in your free time not when there is medical emergencies.
