Terrible reception staff

We received terrible service from Sisqo Modau at reception (Menlyn). His hostile behaviour made us question the standard upheld in such a gorgeous hotel.

Being the face of reception, this is extremely intolerable and unacceptable! He further expressed that he has been working in this hotel for 7 years and can not be told anything!

To say I am shocked is an understatement!
