Zizipho - Absolute Pleasure!

I have been struggling with Telkom for the past 3 weeks to get my fibre up and running when it was cancelled without my asking.

No one seemed to be able to help and I was sent from pillar to post.

This morning I spoke to Zizipho at the call centre and she sorted out my problem in no time at all!! I wish Telkom had more employees like Zizipho. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with and knew exactly what was happening and how to resolve my issue. What a joy!!!
