Zero zero zero stars

I wish i could rate zero stars as telkom is the worst ever i requested a call back to order 2 X ups systems from them on the Monday first they phoned me to say yes they do advertise the devices however they don't have stock 10 min later they phoned me again to tell me now they have stock they are placing my order and i will receive both devices within 5 business days. However it is 2 weeks later and still nothing has been delivered and now nobody is phoning me back to sort out the problem i have been a loyal customer of telkom for more then 7 years and this is the service i receive when i want to add on to my current account with them this is truly pathetic.
