Zero to no customer service/care from telkom

Telkom an absolutely ****ty company when it comes to customer service. I have been trying to query my account regarding my contract taken with them two months back and none of their service provider numbers give you any joy, called the store directly and the assistant advised they do not deal with account query's. So who the hell deals with it and in the interim I'm supposed to keep paying more than what's due and not know why ?? Come on Telkom you can do better than this. Zero Zero Customer service.
