Zero Stars for pathetic customer "service" !

Unfortunately there isn't an option to rate 0 stars. Have been waiting a week for a new order to be placed. After being promised daily that it will be finalized "right away", we have to hear the next day that the order isn't finalized yet it will take 2-3 business days. Telkom should update their T's & C's to read it might take 2-3 months for them to do their work. Absolutely pathetic.
