Zero Signal on LTE,

<p>We have an LTE Telkom Mobile number because there are no phone lines in the area. So we have to unfortunately use cell signals. However, there is just about zero reception, so we cannot even use the our phone. The amount of dropped calls is shocking. Is there any way that Telkom can please help us boost the signal? We've been trying to get through to Telkom Client Services, but we can't even complete a phone call to Telkom Service Centre as the calls drop constantly. The signal goes from 3 bars down to 1 bar within a second.</p> <p> </p>
