ZERO / SHOCKING SERVICE

<p>Since December 2015 we have been reporting a fault on our line, intermittent service. </p> <p>3 times in the months that followed a technician come to our house, assuring us that the fault was fixed. </p> <p>Since March 2016 I have reported the same fault about 15 times, and escalated it on 5 occasions. </p> <p>Telkom keeps closing the fault as though it has been fixed without fixing it or without sending anyone to our property. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is SHOCKING SERVICE, or lack there of. </p> <p>Now when I call in I get kept holding until the line goes dead and then have to start all over again. </p> <p> </p> <p>Bunch of useless ***** and ******* as far as I can tell!!!!!! </p>
