Zero service in applying for Uncapped Wireless

I app**** for Telkom's Uncapped WIreless online Promotion for the pass 2 months with no luck. Every time we receive a promotion code and a reference number. Every time it says that someone will contact us to complete the application. The call centre does phone back the next working day with no one on the other side and then the call just gets dropped. You then receive a message that they have been trying to contact you. When you contact the the call centre for assistance with the promotional number you then hold on for hours with no one picking up on the other side. I am sure this is a way of forcing me to go in store and pay more for the same thing. When we go to a store we then get told that we can only get this promotion online and they cannot assist me but if we really want this that we can get this for R300 pm more. Please can you tell me why there is always promotion at Telkom that we cannot even apply for.<br> <br> Regards
