Zero service from Telkompinelands

Hi<br> <br> I am writing this complaint on behalf of my father who lives in Pinelands.<br> <br> He phoned on the 3rd June to to log a call that the line is faulty ( severe crackling, ) . He was called a while back and the woman said that they are busy and someone will call him when they are going to come and fix the line. She then just put the phone down. This type is service is pathetic and not talking about how unprofessional she was.<br> <br> This has been going on for almost 2 months. This is terrible service from Telkom. They are 2 pensioners at home and cannot even use their Telkom line. <br> <br> <br> I hope that you can get your service up to a better standard and help them out as soon as possible<br> <br> Regards
