zero service - empty promises aplenty

<p>So for the past 3 weeks our Telkom lines have been down. We followed up daily without anybody gaving a clue what the problem was.</p> <p> </p> <p>Then I placed a review on hello peter. Voila a phone xall full of promises. A second phone call to inform me what the problem was and the promise of another xall with estimated time of comoletion.</p> <p> </p> <p>The 3rd phone call bever came. The phone is still dead and I BET Telkom is expecting my payment for this zero service, empty promise, unprofessional, don't care attitude. Quick to take our money - VERY SLOW on keeping promises and actually providing service.</p> <p> </p> <p>Promises of escalation to management is placating and patronising. We need another service provider in this country who actually understand customer service.</p> <p> </p> <p>SHOCKINGLY BAD SERVICE. </p>
