Zero service delivery

Ive been waiting since the 25th of February 2019 for my existing line speed to be upgraded, and nothing. Here is a list of people from the call centre that ive been in contact with that were not able to solve my problems Angel Pindile Mbele Kirsty Trisha Kaia Bamana Kanyisa Nonjabule Ntcobo Tony Mtumtum Mustaqeen shaik Emily Naidoo Mandisa Mbokazi Mhlonishwa Shabane I have dates and times for each call, so i am sure its traceable And then there is Nielesh Ramsoonder, that has contacted me and told me he is the only person that can assist. he has been assisting me since the 15th of March with no luck. how can i even complain about service if there isnt any?
