ZERO service
<p>Need a new landline due to Telkom's ******** activity by forcing people to apply for a land line if they ONLY need ADSL.</p> <p>Phoned 10213 several times, ZERO Answer after 40 to 50 min.</p> <p>App**** online twice. Received one call, caller promised to call me back. ZERO call-back.</p> <p>App**** online again 2 times. ZERO response.</p> <p>App**** online again 3 times, received call from Telkom. Had to give ALL the info provided online again and had to spell every word. After 15 min. Telkom dropped the call. ZERO call-back again.</p> <p>This is going on for 2 months now. It is TOTALLY TOTALLY impossible to get a fixed line from HELLKOM.</p> <p>Telkom's ******** monopoly is ****ing the economy.</p>

Today @ 15:00 the fourth Telkom sales person contacted me. For the first time she was able to find my detail on the telkom system. We were able to complete the conversation before we were cut of. At last I received a reference number.
Lets see if the installation will comence in good time.
