Zero service

I have been trying to update my details with no luck for almost a year, i cant do it on the app or my online profile, which don't make any sense. The whatsapp service does not provide any help, and cant get through to a consultant when calling. Can i get somebody to please assist. My details are incorrect. My name and title is incorrect.
