ZERO service

Internet line has been down since the 6th of Jan, opened a ticket with Telkom and the next day the ticket was closed with no techi coming out to service the problem, opened another ticket and same thing happened, now its been more then two weeks and no-one can answer me about when i can expect my line to be fixed, everyone i have spoken says that they will escalate the problem yet nothing happens.
