Zero service

I need to have two new phone lines installed and two new junction lines. The last time I wanted this to happen it took 6 months. I tried contacting the same people who eventually ended up assisting me last time and none of them are answering their phones or responding to emails. My only option was to turn to your call centre.... Wow.... I have never waited this long to get through to someone who could potentially assist me.... I have been waiting on the phone now for 30 mins. This morning I waited for about 40mins, and yesterday I waited for an hour. In between these calls I tried calling your call centre but the call would cut out randomly, sometimes before even choosing an option, and sometimes after having been on hold for several minutes. This is by far the worst service I have ever experienced. <br>
