ZERO sense of urgency - DANGEROUS pole & line

I have been battling to log a call with Telkom for months as I am not a Telkom customer. There is a Telkom pole outside on my pavement busy falling over (will damage the entire estates fibre box and my wall if it does) as well as Telkom lines hanging so DANGEROUSLY low, I am battling to get work on my walls done as the line is hanging on top or below my wall.

Call logged on 04/04/2022 with reference *** which I have been TRYING to follow up on. Either the call center person just puts the phone down or they are so rude as I cannot provide them with my customer number even though I explain that I am not one.

Please note that if the pole and line damages anyone or anything in any way I will hold TELKOM liable for the damages!!!!!
