Zero response to e-mail requests
<p>I have been e-mailing Telkom since 6 July in order to re-instate my bills being sent to my physical address. I never gave them instruction to stop sending my bills to my pysical address. I have had NO response to any of the 4 e-mails that I have sent to date: 6 July, 13 September, 20 October & 24 November. I do not know where else to turn because my past experience with the call centre is that one get's nowhere. I do not have the time to hold on, be passed from one to the other only to be cut off or not to be assisted, hence me sending e-mails. Can you please sort this out and let me have my backlog of accounts.</p>
