ZERO RESPONSE ON SUPPORT QUERY
I have been battling for a week to get my e-mail set up on my Blackberry Z3 smartphone. I have followed ALL suggestions onTelkomsa's website as well as other forums on the internet. ALL TO NO AVAIL.<br> <br> I have also sent 3 e-mails to Telkom's support e-mail address and do not even get as much as a confirmation that they received my e-mail, never mind a useful response!!!<br> <br> I am starting to wonder how long it would take me to cancel the service with them??<br> <br> THIS IS DISGUSTING SUPPORT!!!
