Zero Reception...Zero response

After recently moving to Meyerton, both mine and my fiancee's sims have terrible reception. We're constantly on roaming and our Internet is awful. Twice I've tried to get hold of Telkom Mobile in the hopes that they can either sort out the reception in the area or at least provide me with a signal booster but NO REPLY WHATSOEVER. I've even tried contacting them for an ADSL line multiple times and still no reply, its absolutely pathetic! Your coverage map misleadingly shows my area as having 3G coverage when I can't even get a normal cell signal, please sort this out now!
