Zero Managers at Telkom

Such a bad company. When I phoned to ask questions about my account the call centre is so rude and when I asked to speak to a manager they are out, in a meeting or they are off line and the manager can't speak to you. I personally think telkom does not have any managers ever. They are never availible. Was on hold for a manager then the phone just cut off.
