For over a week now (OR MORE), no internet available due to a fault in the Telkom line. <br> <br> 25 people stranded (including an online back office) without internet - all burning up mobile data to compensate for an utter lack of service delivery from Telkom.<br> <br> How can customers justify paying for something they don't get ?<br> Do we get a credit for the down time?<br> Do we get compensated for the additional data costs during the down time?<br> <br> Is Telkom not even slightly concerned about customers simply cancelling contracts and moving to fibre?<br> <br> Next stop consumer council - what else can we do?<br> <br> Please don't reply with 'Dear customer, we assure you of our best attention at all times, your query will be escalated and blah blah blah\<br> <br> We just want the basic service that we pay for, nothing else.<br> <br> Connie Papageorge and Nuraan Edross<br> <br> "
