Zero Customer Service for New Clients

I have been trying to applying for a contract online and after speaking to one Andile, who wasn't so helpful and was honestly disappointed with the service. He did promise to call me back but never did so i don't know if he thinks that i am unimportant or what the situation was.

I app**** again online recently and i am yet to receive any communication from you, now i am wondering if i should take my business elsewhere??? Provide better service for you new sign ons because now this makes me question how i will be treated once i sign on.

I have sent request on the 19 & 20 December and now 2 January
