Zero Customer service and lack of communication

I got a data SIM from telkom and it only worked for 2 weeks and then the SIM card was suspended. When I questioned it they said they suspect ***** and would take 7 days to investigate.

It is the 8th of March and SIM card is still suspended with no explanation or resolution or evidence of this so called *****.

I have called the call center several times, gone back to the shop several times with no progress.
