Zero customer service

<p>I approached Telkom as I need a Wifi contract and Telkom is rated as one of the top suppliers of this product. </p> <p> </p> <p>After having no luck with phoning Telkom to enquire about contract options I visited their Menlyn branch. I explained what I needed to one of the salesmen, he then started flipping through their brochure showing all the possible contracts for countless minutes. He tried to look for possible contracts on his computer but then later said that the computer is to slow. I told him that he is unsble to help me and I need to leave. He accepted this and didn't offer to help me in any other way. Telkom has great adds but what does this help if it's not possible for their personnel to assist me with one of their products. At the moment I'm standing in a long line at one of their other branches. </p>
