Zero Customer Care

<p>I have requested a new Line (Internet and Telephone ), I AM STILL WAITING. TWO WEEKS LATER!!!!!! I have called more than three times I do not even feel like calling anymore. Their service provider (Crew appointed to come and do the work) have promised to call me back. I have no energy, just that my business is suffering as we cannot make any calls. I cannot believe I have to follow suppliers to offer me their services.</p>
