Zero bal but debt collectors want payment

My Telkom account has a zero balance but VVM Debt collectors keep on harassing me to make payment into their account. Nobody at VVM is interested by the zero balance, all they want is the outstanding balance, according to them to be paid. The number provided on the Telkom website are non existent according to the voice prompt. Please someone at Telkom help...
