Zero assistance from telkom ‘*****’

I have proof regarding 2 ***** contracts that were taken in my name and there is a non exsistent claim or ***** dept for me to contact. Everytime i call the 180 call center ,no feedback on this matter ,, and im told i cannot contact the ‘correct dept’..dissapointing from telkom!!!
