Zero assistance from contact centres

I have been trying to get hold of Telkom for over a week. I have sent numerous emails, tried chatting to agents (online, on WhatsApp and on Facebook Messenger), asked them to call me back and I have had no luck. There is no contact number to call them from a non-telkom number, which is just the most ridiculous thing! I'm only posting this review hoping that this will get their attention! Please will someone just assist me?!
