Zama at telkom mobile gave me a disgusting service

I was struggling to get how much data do i still have availble as i have data contract with them.i tried their star 180 and 188 but was just given the amount due on my account with them, when i actually needed amount of data.i decided to phone their call centre and my call was answered by the lady called zama.she was not willing to listern to my query, as i was trying to explain my query she kept interupting me by telling me i should do what i tried before deciding to phone call centre,which is *188# or *180.her exact words were"you asked me to give you options to check your balance,what more do you want from me"i never asked her for options,i asked her how much data do i have available,simple as that.!!when I asked for her name again she dropped the phone in my ear.Zama was just arogant towards me,she just judged me somehow and decided not to help,she was also just lazy
