Zaheer Sing an Ambassador for Excellent Customer Service @ Telkom!!

<p>Hi Guys</p> <p>Statistics in SA today , most consumers stop doing business with companies due to bad customer service ,and some customers are willing to spend more with a company that they believe provides excellent service.</p> <p>Quite often we (by we I mean all customers) write reviews and complain about bad customer service .Very rarely would we talk or write about the good service we had received.</p> <p>I just want to let you know of the "beyond excellent service" I have received from your employee Zaheer Sing (Phoenix Plaza).Ever since I've been with Telkom ,I had an issue whereby your head office allocated me on the incorrect data bundle, which then resulted to a billing issue, and some unprofessional and *********** person called me from your head office however Zaheer assisted me all the way, kept on calling me, kept me in the loop and exceeded all my expectations. If it weren't for him, I don’t know what I would have done. Recently I went in to get a mobile contract , he assisted me again, however they didn't have the color I wanted , he promised me he'll get it by the end of the week and he called me today and let me know the phone is in. Very few companies in S.A have this level of service and luckily for you guys you have Zaheer. Due to the service I have received from Zaheer I had referred family and friends to Telkom(Phoenix Plaza) .I was sad to hear that Zaheer is actually leaving the store , maybe you should retain him to train other staff (including your managers) , cause if all your stores have employees like him , Telkom will be number 1 telecommunications company in S.A. Please convey my gratitude of thanks to Zaheer and if you have a staff recognition or an awards programme in place, Please reward it to Zaheer Sing.</p> <p>Thank you</p> <p> </p>
