Your service sucks

I received a text message saying "Please be aware that "Telkom will contact you from 012 688 ***x within the next 48 hours with regard to your online request. Regards, Telkom Online Team." Sure enough, I received a call from this number 3 times and each time I answered, the person on the other end was quiet and then just hung up. Very bad service
