Your service sucks

Thanks again telkom another night I can't study and work and have to use my cellphone to as a hot spot. I got Internet for a reason but now because my line is down every second week it's costing me additional money cause you can't even deliver Internet. Think it's time with that expensive cost of yours you need to refund me. Not just my data time and effort but also my airtime everytime I need to call you and wait for so long. And I can't even call you for free cause my landline also down
