Your service is disgusting

Im disgusted and totally ****ed off with the service i am reserving from Telkom Eastgate. I took out a 36 month contract from Telkom Eastgate (next to checkers) a month ago, worst mistake of my life. It started with the consultant not having product knowledge and after a million questions I still got the wrong information. From the content in the box for the device, to the package now its come to my attention that even the debit order date that I asked for was selected incorrectly. I was handed down from one manager to another. The apparent owner Nizaam Ready, called me ones and promised to get in touch again after investigation and that was the last i've heard of him. Another managed called saying that the matter is with head office but no one has called. I want someone to sort this **** out
