I called telekom mobile just now and spoke to a rude impatient Vanessa. i dont think she knows what she's doing. she was so rude , she kept sighing on the phone and at one point she sang while i talk . you rates are very cheap and so is your customer service. i'm used so many networks and never came across such *********** and rude customer representative. that Vanessa strasfered me to an IVR ehen i requested the manager then finally came through to a Yolanie who was just like vanessa. train your people soft s****s , nxa
