Your outsource idea not working so great!

<p>You guys decided to outsource the mess of installing your fixed lines and maintainence.. Now the guys are working for job creation. Instead of fixing the problem they create work for themselve. Ive loged this call numerous times even on hello peter with a poor response time taken up after 3 days or more sometimes. The whole last month Ive had issues but Im probably going to have to pay for it when even as it stands i have no line. My ADSL is DOWN GUYS!!! but hey why should you care you getting your payments right? So now the last guy who came said the mess is such a mess that he couldn fix it.. but being telkom you pay one rate so why should any contractor want to fix my long winded problem?</p>
