Your lack of service means you will loose business

You lack of service means you will loose business and you don't even care. There is no reason for me to give you specifics of my complaint because you will not even deal with it. I am just fed up of being a loyal customer for over 10 year and there is no recourse for your bad serve and lack of understanding when it comes to customer service. I have patiently been trying to get this problem resolved for a year now I think I have been patient enough and not just venting!<br> <br> You really have no freeking clue the impact that you have, and the fact that your lack of service cause people like me who do care about my customers to end up loosing or disappointing them because of what you DO NOT CARE ABOUT.<br> <br> Frankly there is nothing more to say then your service SUCKS!<br> <br>
