Your consultant are useless

Very bad service from their store, took a contract to pay 149 a months which is 80 gb for 40 day and 40 night Sim data only, ended up paying extra R400 and something every months on top of R149 deal and top of that, I was told that the contract which I am paying for was not activated I was paying for a wrong package, NB my contract was on R1. Which when ur data are finish u recharge ur self

So disappointed and Wil never advice anyone to use telkom as it's nonsonce and their consultant are useless, have went to store several times to BEG for their assistant but failed even their call Centre are useless, but the only solution it's to debit that money from my account which I never signed up for 💔 💔 💔 💔
