Your company is disgusting

<p>I have been without a phone line for about three weeks now, after Telekom made an error on their side by canceling my phone line. We have filled in three forms to re-apply for a phone line. Yet when I asked yesterday about the phone line they told me that they don't have any records of us reapplying for the telephone line. Three forms have been filled in and put into the system but yet you don't have any records of us reapplying for the line. This is disgusting service and shows how un reliable your company is.</p> <p> </p>
