Your call center can chase customers away

Your customer service agent mbali was very rude and unhelpful when i was in situation where i really needed assistance. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she refused to assist claiming she was busy when i raised my voice she slammed the phone down. Please get some manners on how to deal with customers MBALi.

Also i waited 2min while the call was answered and she had a fat chat with a colleague. Before she could say hello , please hold or something
