Your Balance Is Insufficient

About half the numbers I try to dial - which range from customer support lines, restaurants, and peoples personal numbers - do not work, with the message 'Your Balance is Insufficient'.

I have an unlimited cellphone calling sim card that I pay thousands of rands for and I need this fixed. Telkom is just impossible to get support from on this issue.
