Such a graet pleasure i had talking to one of the telkom consultant named Mohau Modise from the data Department. I called in having a problem with my phone. He tried to tell me how to navigate and resolve it but it didn't come alright. He then asked to place me on hold came back and actually decided to go an extra mile and call me back. He was just patient with me even when i did the exact opposite of what he said. My query was resolved and a big thank you to Mohau Modise you deserve an increase you were born to work with people i tell you!. Recognition is what he deserves.
