You wont bully me

You are behaving like bullies and expect people to take your bull, I have a top up contract with you guys and have from day one been having iMassages and Facetime activated on my cell, now some 15 months or so later you charge me more than the agreed amount and claim it was for Face time then later on someone else says it was of iMassages but you cant even provide me with numbers that I facetimed/imassaged. Also, if this was not your system issue, why are ALL these charges only for one particular day, Jan 20? I told you I was going to reverse the debit order and that is what I have already done, fix your mess then send me the correct bill which I will pay or else black list me and see if I care. I am now told it was money taken from my spending amount of R500 when I never had any spending amount more than the min which is just R1
