You will never be helped by Telkom

<p>To cut the story short, I was contacted by Telkom's sales rep Thabisile Mtjali on the 25th of July 2016, he was selling the portable router for R99p/m but a once off fee has to be paid first. Told him will call in August for I don't want my account being debited at the moment, for i get paid earlier in the month then promised that they will debit in August but my account was debited 2days later (the 27th of july)</p> <p>Called to cancell the order and let them know I'm no longer interested, the call centre agents kept on bouncing me from one wrong department to another, spent over 2 hours on the phone.. </p>
